The Dragon is the monthly magazine for the village with copies available on this website. The Dragon has been circulated since July 1999 and was the idea of Timothy and Richenda George. Its purpose is to foster community spirit in the village by letting villagers know about events, personal stories and issues of local relevence.

A dedicated band of volunteers put a paper copy through every door in the village each month except January and August. We believe that it is very special that the village still maintains a consistent contact with every household. To also receive the Dragon by email (whether you live in the village or not) contact one of the editors - details below.

The Dragon is totally dependent on its readers to supply information that will be interesting or useful to others. Those that run it are editors rather than reporters; they rely on others to provide the information rather than having to go out and source it.
