Bus
The primary bus route through the village is provided
by the No.70 run by StageCoach. It runs from Swindon to Marlborough via the Hospital and Chiseldon.The latest bus timetable can be obtained here. .
From 4 April 2011 daytime journeys on Service 70 will be operated as a commercial venture by Stagecoach West between Marlborough and Swindon and will no longer be funded by Wiltshire Council.
Service 80 will continue to be funded by Wiltshire Council but will run between Marlborough and Tidworth/Ludgershall only. A connection to and from Andover is available from Tidworth on the Stagecoach South Activ8 service.
From 23 October 2011 Stagecoach will commence operation of Service 5 which will run between Swindon and Salisbury via Marlborough,
Additionally, the Weekdays 0725 Swindon to Marlborough Service 70 journey is retimed to depart 10 minutes earlier at 0715.
Sunday journeys on Service 71 will be withdrawn.
Wilts & Dorset X5 route - now only Mon-Sat, stopping on the main road.
Route 5 on Sundays is now a Stagecoach route

Train
The nearest train station is in Swindon town centre.The trains are run by First Great Western. Use their website to obtain information on train routes and time. Car parking at Swindon station can be a challenge (to say the least), some people prefer to travel from Bedwyn Station. It is alos cheaper to travel to places like Reading and London Paddington from Bedwyn (compared to prices from Swindon)
