Election of Parish Councillors for Ogbourne St. George Parish
Number of Parish Councillors to be elected: Two

1. Forms of nomination for the Parish Election may be obtained from Clerk to Parish Council or Wiltshire Electoral Services, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER from the Returning Officer who will, at the request of an elector for any electoral area prepare a nomination paper for signature. Or use the Nomination papers pack download 201201101 from this site.

2. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Wiltshire Electoral Services, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER during office hours Monday to Friday, on any day after the date of this notice but no later than NOON on Friday, 9th December 2011.

3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Tuesday, 10th January 2012.

4. Applications for postal and postal proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Wiltshire Electoral Services, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER by 5 pm on Wednesday, 21st December 2011.

5. Amendments or cancellations to existing postal, postal proxy and proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Wiltshire Electoral Services, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER by 5 pm on Wednesday, 21st December 2011

6. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Wiltshire Electoral Services, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER by 5 pm on Friday, 30th December 2011.

7. Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of physical incapacity, where that physical incapacity occurred after 5 pm on Friday, 30th December 2011, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Wiltshire Electoral Services, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER by 5 pm on Tuesday, 10th January 2012.
